Unsolicited Commercial Contact Policy

Different Angle Ltd., a registered company in England and Wales, classifies the following as unsolicited commercial contact:

• Unexpected and/or unrequested contact with Different Angle Ltd., by phone, by fax, by e-mail or by conventional mail, with the intention of selling products and/or services to Different Angle Ltd., its associates and/or its clients.
• Unrequested subscriptions to contact lists, either postal, electronic or telephonic, without our consent and/or knowledge. Different Angle Ltd. operates a strict policy of only using opt-in contact lists for its regular incoming correspondence. Any attempt to subscribe Different Angle to any opt-out contact lists will be classed as unsolicited commercial contact and will be dealt with in accordance with this policy.

Charges

Different Angle Ltd. make the following charges for handling and processing unsolicited commercial contact as defined above:

• For telephone contact, UKP£500 per call.
• For fax contact, UKP£500 per A4 sheet.
• For e-mail contact, UKP£500 per message.
• For postal contact, UKP£500 per envelope or postcard, UKP£1000 per parcel.

In the case of contact from overseas, charges will be calculated according to the correct exchange rate on the day the contact was made or sent; for example in the case of postal contact from overseas, the amount payable will be calculated in accordance with the exchange rate on the date of the postmark.

Coverage

The above policy includes any contact which meets the above definitions, which is sent to either our advertised address or our office address as shown on Company House's records. It also covers both the telephone and fax numbers advertised on our website, and is not restricted to either phone or fax contact to either number. It also covers any e-mail that meets the above definitions sent to any address ending in '@different-angle.com'.

In the event of unsolicited commercial contact being received, an invoice will be sent for the total amount due. Invoices are sent on 10 days terms.
