In the case of work we do in conjunction with our associates, we will need to consult with them before being able to quote a fee for this work.

- How long will it take?
Again it depends on the project and how far you want to take it - obviously taking a project through from concept to finished item will take longer than simply taking it to the drawing stage, but we will give you a time scale along with your quote at the start of the project. We will also keep in contact with you throughout the project to inform you of progress and check that everything is going according to plan.

- What happens if the project takes longer than expected?
If the project over runs and it is our fault, we will reduce the cost of the project by 25%. This is further covered in your client contract which will be signed before the project begins.

- If I tell you my idea for a design how safe is it?
We do not reveal details of client projects until they are in the public domain. All design consultants work this way because we would never get another client if we revealed confidential details which affected our client's project. We also insist on a confidentiality agreement being signed before we discuss any specific information with you.

- Why should I choose your company to do the work?
